The site of a former social club is set to be turned into housing after being acquired by Rochdale Boroughwide Housing (RBH). Brickcroft Social Club, on High Street, announced it was closing permanently in May 2021 and the site has now been snapped up by RBH to be used for 'new high-quality housing'.
