Work set to begin on £22million pound bridge [newspaper article]

In less than a week, construction will commence on a pioneering £22m railway bridge in the north west, believed to be the first of its kind. The M62 motorway is set to experience an unprecedented closure on September 6 as Network Rail embarks on the reconstruction of a 42-metre-long, 2,000 tonne railway bridge that spans the M62 in Castleton, near Rochdale.
