Town goes Dippy over its historic new visitor [newspaper article]

This week marks the visit of one of Rochdale's oldest ever visitors - a 145 million year old dinosaur. The 109 year old plaster cast of Dippy the Dinosaur, a diplodocus who was found by railroad workers in Wyoming, USA, in 1898, is now at Number One Riverside, Rochdale, the only stop on the North West tour.
