Marianne Haboc was just 10 when she was hit by a Range Rover outside her school on October 1, 2018, and died. Now her father William Haboc has set up a petition calling for new legislation meaning that any driver who kills a child in a school zone is charged with causing death by dangerous driving and is subject to a maximum sentence.
