A planning inquiry into proposals to expand Scout Moor wind farm will begin later this month. The hearing is due to start on October 11 and is expected to last around eight days. It will look into plans to add 16 turbines measuring 115 metres in height proposed by Scout Moor Wind Farm Expansion Ltd.
