Library to reopen after flood repairs [newspaper article]

Rochdale central library is to reopen in October after being largely out of service since the devastating Boxing Day floods. The library, based at Number One Riverside, in the town centre, has only run a very limited service since it was badly damaged by flood water. But now council leader Richard Farnell has confirmed the library, which opened in March 2013, will be fully operational as of early October.
