Child sex abuse chief quits talking of 'failures' [newspaper article]

Dame Lowell Goddard has resigned as head of Britain's troubled independent inquiry into child sexual abuse, saying the investigation has struggled to shake off its 'legacy of failure'. New Zealand high court judge Goddard - who was appointed to the role in April 2015 - is the inquiry's third chairwoman to have quit.
